We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your Budgee™, so we are offering the following warranties:
1. Five Elements Robotics will replace or repair your Budgee™ free of charge, for up to one year after the consumer purchase date for any manufacturer defect.
2. Five Elements Robotics will replace or repair your Budgee™ for a fee for any problem that is not deemed a manufacturer defect or for any defect which occurs after the first year.
3. Five Elements Robotics will provide software upgrades and maintenance releases to your Budgee™ free of charge for a period of two years.
4. If you decide to return your Budgee™ within the first 30 days after purchase date, Five Elements Robotics will offer you a full refund of the purchase price.
